I want to be promoting a law against dog owners who crapped in the streets with their dogs.
Some laws already exist but are not enough.
The owners do not clean because they know that without vigilant always manage to get away with it all the way to flush them out is as follows. Each host animal
will record the DNA of the dog in an access register.
A team will tour the city and collect the surprises of the dogs left lying around. We will proceed to the analysis
shit, going back to the owner through the dog's DNA and then weighing the same.
Finally the calculation of the fine, at least a basic € 200 and then additionality, 2 € per gram (fresh if shit) and 5 € per gram (dry shit though).
Only this will restore the sidewalks clean.
